Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
- You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
- Subscriptions provide you with discounted shipping and free ongoing delivery for orders over £40 (presuming the same subscription delivery frequency for all items in your order).
- When combining different subscription delivery frequencies it is more cost effective to group your order, for example:
A customer would like to maintain a monthly supply of the Ethical Multivitamin (1 months' supply) and Vegan Vitamin D (2 months' supply). Select delivery every 60 days for the Ethical Multivitamin and add 2 packs. Select deliver every 60 days for Vegan Vitamin D and add 1 pack.
- If your subscription order is less than £40 you could try adding 2 packs to be sent every 60 day's. Even if it is still below the free shipping threshold you will still save one shipping fee and less deliveries is better for our planet.
- If you are unable to login, you may have checked out as a guest. Simply click the "create account link" at the bottom of the login page using the same email you used to make your purchase.
- Please provide 2 working days’ notice before your item is due to be shipped.
- If your subscription order is shipped you may still return any unused products within 14 days of the date you receive the goods, we will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the goods back.

- Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
