YOUR CANCELLATION, REFUND RIGHTS & RETURNS POLICY

Most return enquiries can be efficiently resolved by contacting us at hello@ethical-nutrition.com.

You can return any unused products within 30 days of the date you receive the goods. If you do change your mind for any reason please notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and we will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the goods back.

If you wish to cancel a subscription please provide 2 working days’ notice before your item is due to be shipped. If your subscription order is shipped you may still return any unused products within 14 days of the date you receive the goods, we will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the goods back.

Refunds will be for the amount you paid, excluding postage.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns, unless the product is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty we will also refund shipping costs and processing fee.

Any unused product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original, unopened packaging and in good condition. Please return items to the following address:
